 INFORMAL VISITS TO MEET STAFF
This can be very difficult and best treated as a formal stage of the process. Staff will usually be asked to give feedback to the selection panel about how you managed the discussion and if you established a good rapport, asked relevant questions etc.

This again should be seen as a two-way process, your potential future colleagues are looking to see if you are the kind of person that they could happily and professionally work with. They want to not only hear your questions and your ideas but also know that you take time to listen and take note of their views.
